How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you get your chosen Venom Scents product delivered automatically on your selected schedule — no reordering, no running out. Subscribers also get priority pricing and early access to new drops. You're in control: pause, skip, swap products, or cancel anytime through your subscriber portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime — no hoops, no guilt trips. Log into your subscriber portal, go to your active subscription, and select Cancel. If you run into any trouble, email us at hello@venomscent.com with your order number and we'll handle it for you right away.
Why am I receiving orders I didn't authorize?
This usually means an active subscription or saved payment method is still on file. You can manage or cancel it anytime from your Subscriber Portal, or email hello@venomscents.com with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.
How do I skip, pause, or change my next shipment?
All of it is self-serve in your Subscriber Portal — skip an upcoming order, pause for a while, or push your renewal date if you're still working through your current bottle. Prefer us to do it? Email hello@venomscents.com and we'll make the change.
How do I update my address, frequency, or product?
All of this is manageable from your subscriber portal. You can change your shipping address, swap to a different product, or adjust how often you're billed — all without contacting us. If something isn't loading correctly, we're a quick email away.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment doesn't go through, we'll send you an email with a link to update your payment details. We'll retry the charge a few times before pausing your subscription. To avoid any gap in your delivery, update your payment info as soon as you get our notification.
How do I access my subscriber portal?
You can access your Subscriber portal through the link in any of your subscription emails, or by logging into your account on our website. If you're having trouble logging in, hit the 'Forgot password' option or email us and we'll sort it out.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Once payment is confirmed, you can expect your order to leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery windows vary by destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 6–12 business days. Some orders may run a little longer during high-volume periods — we'll always let you know. Once your order ships, the tracking link in your confirmation email will give you the most up-to-date ETA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most of the regions worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after your shipment is picked up — if nothing shows up right away, give it a bit.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you catch it fast, we can often make it work. Reach out to us immediately at hello@venomscent.com with your order number, the name on the order, and the correct address. Once an order has been processed for shipping, address changes aren't always possible — but we'll do our best.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it.
First, check around your property and with neighbors or building management — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. Also double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to make sure it went to the right place. If it's still nowhere to be found after 2 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition it arrived in — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@venomscents.com and we'll take it from there.
How do I request a refund?
Email hello@venomscents.com with your order number and what's going on. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If it is, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can sometimes take a bit longer to post it on their end. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't seen it, reach out and we'll look into it.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
That's on us, and we'll make it right. Contact hello@venomscent.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We'll assess the situation and either replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever works best for you.

What are pheromones and how do they work?
Pheromones are chemical signals that influence how people around you respond — things like attraction, trust, and social confidence. Our formulas are engineered around synthetic pheromone compounds layered into a premium fragrance base, designed to work with your natural chemistry rather than mask it. The result is something you wear, but others feel.
How do I use Venom Scents?
Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbows. These areas produce heat that activates the scent and helps it project. Start with 1–2 sprays and see how it wears on you. Less is often more, especially in close-contact settings.
What are the ingredients?
Our formulas combine synthetic pheromone compounds with a fine fragrance base. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have a specific allergen concern, check the ingredient list before purchasing or email us and we'll help you assess.
How long does the scent last?
One application to your pulse points lasts 12–14 hours. Wear time can vary depending on your skin type, activity level, and environment — drier skin tends to absorb scent faster, so moisturizing before you apply can help it go further.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Every Venom fragrance is dermatologically tested, cruelty-free, and formulated for effortless, everyday wear without irritation.
Can I wear it with other perfumes?
Yes. Venom Scents layers well over or under other fragrances. Apply it first to pulse points and let it settle for a moment before layering your regular scent on top. The pheromone compounds work independently of the fragrance note profile, so they'll still do their thing.
