Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or sales events, order processing may take up few days but rest assured that the order will be shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We want your experience with Venom Scent to be completely stress-free.

That’s why we cover all customs fees, import duties, and taxes associated with your order — no hidden costs upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days from the shipment date.

We will assist you in investigating with the courier. In cases confirmed as lost, we will reship or refund your order.


 Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout. Venom Scent is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
